How our payroll service works.

 

Each pay period you email, fax or input information with employee details, plus any variable pay information for the period, such as hours worked, overtime or tips.

 

 

We run your payroll and send you the totals for your approval.

 

 

You can make last minute changes and we will rerun the payroll and, either print the paychecks or transfer funds into your employees' bank accounts.

 

 

We then  print your payroll register and pay slips for employees and send them directly to your office.

 

 

We email, fax or mail you a report containing a full analysis of the payroll run to assist you with your management information.

 

 

Each month and quarter we electronically file all Federal, State and local taxes as needed.

At Tax Year End, we produce all documentation necessary and file your TAX return online electronically, qualifying you for the applicable TAX refund.
